After receiving your order, we will inform you about the delivery date and you will receive an invoice with the exact shipping costs. Your items will be shipped after your payment has cleared. Payment is due within seven days after purchasing our items.

Return
Please take into account that nearly all of our products are handmade and that minor differences in size might occur. If nevertheless one of our products doesn’t meet your quality standard, this product can be returned, but only in consultation with AYU Trade. To do so, you have to react by email within 3 days after receipt of the goods. Shipping fee of the return shipment are for account of the customer. AYU Trade will refund the amount minus shipping fee within 7 days after receipt of the return shipment.
